Once I stepped in to the world of Argentinian wine, and yes, as most, looked for that perfect Malbec, among tango in Buenos Aires.
Until I found Cafajate in the province of Salta (The Andean Northwest) and head to San Salvador de Jujuy.
High altitude Cabernet and aromatic Torrontes made my days pleasant and educational. Mendoza region was good to explore and of course interesting wines have been found in the garage, but they did not really impress me, such as Salsa.
My new love for now is Mexican wine and I dream to head to the Valle De Guadalupe (Baja California). I have already tasted white, rose and red and I am impressed. Of course, traditionally you can always go for stronger experience as Tequila and Mezcal. It’s getting hot in here, Mama Latina America, Mexico .
You make me do so, Salsa.
